Gimnazjum Exam
After three years in gimnazjum - junior high school - we are sitting our first examination. Yesterday it was a Polish and History test, today we are writing a Mathematics and Physics test, tomorrow - an English one. It is the first time when a foreign language is examined in Polish school.
Spring
THE SPRING IS HERE
It is spring and there is flowers on the ground and the sun shines almost every day and you can skip your big, warm jacket and maybe some days dress your self in just shorts or skirt. When you go out you can feel the wind in your hair and it smells, it smells spring.
We have just celebrate the Easter.
It is wonderful to wake up in the morning and hear the birds when they sing there´s lovely song. To look at your arm and see how the sun caresses the skin, and how you after a time have a nice brown skin colour.
The spring is fantastic, it is not boring like autumn. You can go outside without thinking so much if you gonna freeze. But spring is only the beginning, wait until the summer comes

A Night with Andersen 2009 in Dub nad Moravou
Students from 5th form sleept at school on Friday , April 3rd 2009. It was A Night with Andersen in our school again! For weeks they were getting ready for presenting their favourite books to their classmates. There also was a competition and lots of games prepared for children. Everyone was looking forward to this event and students really enjoyed it. What about you? What is your favourite book? Do you like sleeping at school? What do you know about Hans Christian Andersen?
School Easter fair in Dub nad Moravou, April 2009.
Do you like spring and Easter? Do you like Easter traditions and creative work? If yes, you would like the first Easter fair in Dub nad Moravou, Saturday 4th April 2009. We prepared lots of interesting things and activities. There were various craftmen showing their skills - blacksmiths, basket makers, florists, gingerbread makers...........Visitors could try their own skills at Art and Craft workshops.Many of them made some Easter decorations of paper, sweetgrass, iron wires or painted their own T - shirt.
For hungry visitors barbecued sausages, pancakes and some drinks were prepared.
At 11 o ´clock an exhibition of students paintings was opened in the church crypt and the school choir performed their new spring programme. At 14:30, organ and brass concert in the church started.
We were happy that people in Dub helped us to create a new tradition in our village and we all look forward to preparing the second Easter fair next year!
