I gar tog vi promenad pa Jastrzebie for att vi hade velat fotografiera vara vackra platser som befinner sig i Jastrzebie.Vi har bott har,har gatt till skola,vara foraldrar har jobbat har.Var promenad borjade vi i Gamla stan.Den heter <>.Orden <> betyder"kallan"/ mineral kallan/Pa gamla tider hade varit den platsen korort.I dag ingar Zdroj till industri omrode/grov kol/ Har finns det ocksa vacker park lika stor som pa 19-talet.I gamal korortsbygnad finns det hogskola/unversitet/ ny tiden. Around Jastrzębie

Jastrzębie Zdrój is is situated in the south of Poland. When the weather is nice we can see nearby mountains out of our school windows. The mountain range is called The Beskidy. Part of them is in the Czech republic. Today Jastrzębie is an industral town. Most inhabitants live in modern blocks of flats and work in three coal mines. The Town Hall is where the President of Town work. So do our parents.

Yesterday we took a tour around our town to take same photos to show you places where we live and go to school and where our parents work. We began our walk in the oldest part of the town - Zdrój. Zdrój means spring (of mineral water). Jastrzębie Zdrój used to be a spa town. The park is as beautiful as it was in the 19th century. Nowadays some faculties of university are based in this former health spa.

Vice Principal

This is one of the oldest houses in our town.

Ms Barbara Langosz is our vice principal. She is a Polish teacher, too. In this photo Rumcajs, a mascot from the Czech school, is paying a visit to her. Rumcajs was our guest in 2006.
