Rumcajs used to be a shoemaker but the silly fat city mayor expelled him out of the city. Rumcajs had to become an outlaw, married Manka and their son Cipisek was born in a family cave in the forrest called Řáholec. Rumcajs is a good friend of all the forrest animals and poor people who suffer as vassals of a proud duke couple living in a city manor house. He is ready to help everybody at each time.
Rumcajs has a deep feeling for ecology - he doesn´t use common charges for his gun but hard acorns!
